- Manage clinical research project(s) and/or multi-project programs to ensure that deliverables are of a high standard and are made on schedule and within budget.
- Lead cross-team project planning, staffing, budgeting, cost prioritization, and suggesting and implementing technique adjustments.
Create and oversee project-specific risk mitigation plans. Be able to anticipate risks and concerns that may arise during project implementation, as well as to quickly escalate project bottlenecks and problems to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical and operational input to the support team to make sure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor the status of planned activities and deliverables to maintain the project and resources on track. mentoring for monitoring project deliverables with the right tools
- Work with the Key Management team, which includes the departments of finance, human resources, procurement, clinical operations, and biometrics, to move the company in the direction of its strategic goals. Organize and lead meetings with clients. Resolve issues that may arise between team members or with client team members in real time.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of the whole clinical research process, from Phase I to regulatory submission, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities across a range of challenging clinical trials
