Training and development works to align learning strategies and program with an organization s goals. To evaluate individual and organizational development needs and Maintaining budgets, Track budget and relationships with trainer vendors and consultants.Job Description:
1.) Provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
2.) Skill Matrix development and up to date according to Technical & Skills requirements, confer and analyze with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
3.) Skill Operators, Supervisor and Mgr. to align with Mfg. master plan and direction such TPM, Lean, Mfg. 4.0.
4.) Organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
5.) Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees. (Train the trainer) and coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools, Machines supplier and designate training procedures.
6.) Any assignment project.
Bachelor Degree - Faculty of Engineering / Engineering and Industrial Technology
