**Purpose of role**:
Ensure that all accounting transactions and report recorded properly and in timely manner with compliance to internal and external policies

**Responsibilities include**:
**Monthly Operation**
- Provide receivable vouchers and posted to proper account codes in accordance with the time line
- Handle sales and cash receive from Phayathai Booth/ staff sales, office sales and road show
- Handle accrued expenses report by departments
- Reconcile receivable and inventory and costing for balance sheet items
- Provide adjustment entries at month end closing

**Inventory Control**
- Manage inventory for Phayathai Booth /Roadshow/ Staff sales and office sales
- Provide goods arrival products and shipment reports and demurrage charge

**Tax**
- Ensure that company’s tax and associated processes comply with Revenue Department Regulations
- Provide withholding tax and VAT

**Who are you?**
- A recognized Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Receivable fields, with knowledge of ACCPAC is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Thai and International Accounting Standard
- Good knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
- Understand confidentiality and high level of integrity awareness
- Commit to deadline and has sense of urgency
- Good computer skills: Microsoft word, excel
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
