GrabExpress business team is a young team responsible to drive growth of on-demand delivery in Thailand. Our work contributes to timely instant deliveries for all users, enhances the incomes of our driver partners, while supporting business growth and profitability.

**Get to know the role**

We are looking for a Projects Planning and Operation Associate who will be driving growth of the GrabExpress power users by kicking off strategic iniatives while managing multiple workstreams working with many stakeholders.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Lead loyalty project from upstream and downstream ranging from sellers acquisition, engagement and retention, and the modeling, analysis and reporting the key KPIs both financial and non-financial
- Recommend new strategic and tactical initiatives to drive sronger engagement and retention rates among power users of GrabExpress
- Oversee and work closely with other functional teams including product, marketing, partnerships, demand planning, GrabSupport, TechSupport, and external parties to execute the initiatives
- Analyze and reports the project performance and make recommendations on a wide range of business issues
- Forecast success metrics for the initiatives while tracking to ensure the target is achieved
- Manage budget allocation and track costs among the initiatives to ensure efficiency of activities
- Support end-to-end acquisition funnel by sourcing quality leads and oversee telesales team

**The Must-Haves**
- Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Communication Arts / Marketing or related field
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving, communication skills (Both Thai and English)
- Proficiency in excel, powerpoint is required, SQL/R/Python is a plus
- Able to lead projects and manage stakeholders well
- Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
- Strong grit to overcome unprecedented challenges
