Infrastructure and Services Manager is responsible for overall company IT infrastructure, Security, System Architecture, and IT services ensuring availability of systems support business operation and manage services meet SLA.
- Ensure computer systems, networks and practices with IT compliance and law
- Maintain secure, stable and robust data center and network services
- Manage system, storage and network
- Maintain user support and IT services
- Manage incident and problem management hardware or software faults
- Provide support, troubleshooting and administration of all VMWare, Windows, Linux, Unix Storage systems and others
- Design and manage company IT Architecture
- Handle multi-tasks and adapt to changing situations, ad-hoc projects and varying workloads to accommodate the needs of the business

**Qualifications**
- More than 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience
- Knowledge in IT data center operation process, security, governance, and management vendors
- Solid IT operation management skills
- Has experience in IT architecture design and management
- Knowledge in SAP BASIS is a plus
- Excellent analytical and infrastructure implementation skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation skills
