**Job Description
**Resort Host will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the Check-in and Check-out process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his requests. Resort Host rotates 24 hours a day.

**Work Experience**
- Bachelor degree or above in related field.
- 1-2years experiences in related position
- Required fluency in English, and other language will be advantage
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- An understanding of customer service
- Ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
