**Overall Role Purpose**:
Manage a team of Operations Support Agents to ensure flight alerts, pre-alerts for movement and MAWB are executed promptly and in compliance with Global SOP and airline requirement and follow-up on non-compliance shipment and exception handling.

**Responsibility**:
Operations Support Supervisor
- Provide accurate and analytical performance/incident report to enhance performance quality.

DHL Network
- Proactive and immediate response to all customers requirement.
- Respond to tracing request from the network
- Provide accurate shipment data in timely manner
- Manage non-conforming shipment
- Warehouse search
- Co load shipment data entry and document process

Airlines & ground handling agents
- Communicate with service provider to get information on flight and shipment details
- Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements.
- Create airlines documents e.g. MAWB, MAFS, inbound/outbound Cargo Transfer
- Manage abandoned shipment to TMO

DHL Network
- Obtain customer exception request.
- Obtain airline MAWB information.

Operations Support
- Ensure and provide support all Operation support agent to compliance as below.
- Handling of non-conforming shipments e.g. DG, damage, found shipment, miss code and RTO
- Updating of shipment/flight status files;
- Cutting of flight MAWB;
- Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile;
- Conduct/Coordinate warehouse searches generated by network trace requests;
- Provide CIA imaging on specific request;
- Printing of airlines manifest for cargo lodgement;
- Provide shipment manifest
- Provide movement alerts
- Support in general ops paperwork and administration requirement.
- Manage shipment in HIC
- Verify physical shipments against shipment manifest
- Search for original paper works attached in shipments when network requires
- Manage and control network supplies
- Alert and provide feedback to Operations when discrepancy found
- Generate internal reports e.g. daily parent HUID, movement closing time
- Update damaged/lost-content shipment in SID
- Provide airline documents for cargo transfer
- Manage abandoned shipment to TMO
- Timely and accurately response to
- requirements from Network conveyed through GEMA
- Provide instructions to Ops should there be request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change
- Support Operations as assigned
- Incumbent has to manage team and must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes.

**Qualification**:

- 2-3 years experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields - logistics, cargo management, at least 2-3 years experience
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Applications knowledge and skills
- Very good communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Good analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good convincing skills
- Willing to work under pressure and changes
- Detail oriented and customer oriented
- Enthusiastic
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Very good planning and organizing skills
- Perform basic leadership skills
- Able to work in shift
