**Job Description**:
As National Ocean freight & BPO Manager, you will;
- Handle day to day operation management of a team handling import & export shipments/bookings.
- Manage the co-ordination with carriers / customers / warehouse / vendors, to ensure smooth delivery of shipments. Co-ordinate with operations staff for timely & accuracy in billing & Job File closing
- To troubleshoot shipment or delivery issues. Manage Import / Export permit declarations and custom clearance
- Responsible to ensure systematic, efficient and high quality daily operations. Effectively manage company’s operations and relationship with customers & vendors
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers’ shipment. Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfilled their requirement.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Relationship with carriers and able to manage the good pricing and deliver both internal and external requirement on time manner
- Proactive approach and good collaboration with internal and external
- Good knowledge of ocean freight operations both export and import and also cross border business
- Basic knowledge of customs clearance process is a must P&L driven and able to monitor Operations Excellent KPIs to achieve the targets.
- Able to present and good in Microsoft e.g. excel, PowerPoint and etc.
