- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information System
- Experience in **retail business**:

- **Familiar with retail infrastructure programs; POS, CCTV, **servers - On-Premises/Cloud, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Data centers, Data backups)**:

- Good communication in Thai and English
- Good interpersonal skill
- Team working, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills were significantly enhanced
- Knowledge in Installation, Configuration, Troubleshoots Computer systems and Network
- Responsibilities:To manage all aspects of IT Infrastructure (both On-Premises and Cloud), IT Support functions, and resources to provide a high quality of service to users and customers.
- To manage and ensure IT projects are monitored, reviewed, and implemented effectively by the team from inception to delivery, while being on time, to budget, and to stakeholder expectations.
- Plan, Maintain and coordinate periodic audits of our IT network and infrastructure, including such items as IT/network equipment, Cloud/On-Prem servers, software licensing, backup, and disaster recovery policy.
- To prevent and eliminate any security concerns which may cause damage to the business
- Maintaining the infrastructure facilities, system performance, and capacity to ensure adequate resources for providing IT services to businesses.
- Plan and direct technical and design aspects of IT infrastructure
- Manage IT Infrastructure team and vendor to maintain the IT infrastructure components (Servers - On-Premises/Cloud, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Data centers, Data backups)
- Manage network and endpoint monitoring, plan resources for high availability and support high traffic of IT infrastructure and data
- Monitor, Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure configurations/server/system errors
