**1. **Job Purpose**:
**Overall Purpose**
- Assist in supervising legal team in the execution of legal work. Assist in ensuring and monitoring compliance by MFG/MCL including MHG from time to time of legal or contractual requirements in connection with business operation and to safeguard and protect interests of the Minor Group against legal risks
**2. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Assisting legal department in providing legal advisory role to management and business units relating to food and retail businesses including hotel businesses from time to time.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all local commercial contracts and legal documents in connection with food and retail businesses including hotel businesses from time to time.
- Assisting in drafting and negotiating all international franchise documents
- Assisting in litigation and fraud cases

**Qualifications**

Qualifications:

- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Pleasant personality with service-minded attitude and strong team player
- Possess good judgment and management skills, logical, ability to work multi-tasks and to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
- Resourceful, energetic, proactive and eager to learn

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in law
- Possess lawyer’s licence and Bar graduation is plus
- Excellent command in written and spoken English

**Experience**:

- Extensive corporate and commercial legal experience of at least 8 years in law firm or in-house.
- Strong experience in negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial transaction and providing legal advice
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution work and problem solving
