Our client business is a company focusing on furniture and materials.
- Supporting the company secretary to organize and coordinate board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations/reports.
- Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with the laws.
- Assisting in annual reports, financial statements, and other documents.
- Coordinating with SET for further updates and information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in a company secretary role or related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knows SET Link software and how to use is preferred.
