PRTR is working with a manufacturer of well-known Japanese tire manufacturing for the aircraft industry. Our client is expanding the commercial office in Bangkok. We are looking for a Commercial General Manager who manages and supervises commercial functions of the Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, Logistics, and Technical Service departments to meet company objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up the new organization of the commercial team (Sales, Solution Service, Supply Chain, Business Analyst, and Technical Service).
- Increasing the management's effectiveness by recruiting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and developing incentives.
- Developing the strategic plan by communicating with top management and the parent company.
- Accomplishing subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results in measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Overseeing the contact with customers such as marketing and sales functions, customer services function, logistics function, solution approach function, technical services as well as the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Coordinating the efforts by establishing related policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Building the company image by collaborating with customers, governments, agencies, and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Prepare and monitor the company and its subsidiary’s budget and mid-term plans
- Cooperating with other sections for overall company affairs.
- Performing any other relevant tasks as assigned by Top Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in Business Administration or any related fields with good business knowledge.
- Experience of over 15 years plus 8 years at the managerial level in the manufacturing and trading business.
- Experience in Automotive, Aircraft, and Tire Business.
- Ability to manage and drive the team and work under pressure.
- Strong management and good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-motivated and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good English communication skill, TOEIC Score above 750 is preferable.
