**Job Description**:

- To anticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantara manner.
- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.
- To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard of Anantara at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
- To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Anantara experience.
- To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
- To attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
- Familiarize with all repeat, VIP and special occasion guest’s and act on preferences and their needs accordingly.
- Review all arrival lists and look for special comments, remarks or requirements.
- Informs and coordinates with all hotel departments the arrival, special needs and requests, personal preferences, delivery of preferred services and stay process, to ensure room setup and preparation is executed accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining guest history database and the management of all individual guest’s warm welcome, fond farewell and stay process.
- To be able to assist with Front Desk tasks when required.
- To ensure daily hotel inventory is being monitored and reviewed, so that all guest rooms are being assigned by preference.
- Attend Group Resume meetings and/or other required meetings to ensure information related to Front Office is effectively communicated to the team for a smooth operation.
