**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Under the supervision of the Team Leader and DT Global Technical Assistance Team, the communication expert will organise an online communication campaign on studying abroad in Europe. The detailed tasks and deliverables are as follows:
Under the WP1, this activity will consist of an online communication campaign on studying abroad in Europe, in particular to promote the Erasmus+ scholarship among Thai students and wider public.

As already highlighted, the campaign should promote the unique characteristics of Erasmus+ scholarship and emphasise the prestige of the scholarship. These include among others: being able to study in Europe in up to three different EU countries; the untied nature of the scholarships; and the chance to study cutting-edge topics that are not offered anywhere else in the world. The campaign will consist of a series of short videos of current Erasmus students and alumni, (selection process will be done internally by the EUD Team once the key messages and storyboard are final and media partners/influencers are agreed upon) which are to be carefully scripted and professionally produced in partnership with at least 3 macro-influencers and/or media partners (500K - 1 million followers). The campaign must reach at least 200.000 to 500.000 people corresponding to the pre-determined target audience.

The campaign can be conducted either through a media partnership with an online media, or through influencers (on education, science and/or humanities), or a combination of both, but must be conceptualised, designed, implemented and reported on by the communication expert with in-depth experience of online campaigns for Thai audiences. The expert will supervise the execution to be carried out by the selected media partners/influencers.

The following tasks and deliverables are expected:

- Kick-off meeting with the EUD;
- Phase 1: Conceptualising and designing the campaign and proposal of media partners/influencers

The NKE will develop an execution plan with concrete timeline, communication outputs, indicators/means of verification and proposal of 8 to 10 tentative media partners/influencers to work with under the campaign - outlining their theme, audience, reach and advantage or partnering with them (quotes included).

2) Deliverable A: (in PowerPoint presentation format)

a. Detailed concept and plan outlining key messages, themes communication outputs, indicators/means of verification (to include disaggregation by sex, age, disability, education level, city/region, interest, professional status, if possible) and execution plan with concrete timeline; providing general guidelines and rationale on the tentative partnerships (minimum 8 max 10) - media partners/influencers to deliver the messages/outputs in their platforms;

a. EUD Team to identify the Erasmus students or alumni as per the storyboard proposed;
2) The NKE will coordinate with the selected Erasmus students or alumni, influencers/media partners and with their professional production team for high-quality video production;
3) The NKE will ensure content is engaging, informative, and culturally relevant to Thai audiences and in line with the EUD requirements and objectives. Note: the video language should be in Thai with sub-titles in English;
4) The NKE will ensure alignment with EUD’s requirements, communication and visibility guidelines and quality standards.

5) Approval of the final products by the EUD Team.

iii. Deliverable C:
1) Draft video scripts and storyboards for the series of short videos (in English and Thai) to be prepared media partners/influencers and supervised by the NKE;
2) Production of communication products according to the agreed plan per media partner/influencer; including video shooting, editing, color grading, animation, motion graphics, bilingual subtitling and etc. conducted by the media partner/influencer and supervised by the NKE.
