- Conceptualise, develop, and execute KOL programs and pay-per-post packages
- Lead team in strategy, process management, improvements and day to day task
- Analyse sellers’ demand and KOL profile
- Develop an understanding of different KOL types to serve seller's needs
- Introduce internal campaign activities to drive KPI
- Coordinate with cross-department / team to successful campaign/package roll-out
- Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance and improve packages / team efficiency

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or Agency background
- Experience in team management (leading role)
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, Google spreadsheet, and Google Slide)
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with a tight deadline
- Familiar with Online Marketing & Ecommerce, especially with Shopee is a strong plus
- Good command of English in Reading & Writing.
