What you’ll do:

- Responsible for providing Tier 2 (L2) support to customers by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents and providing support for software bugs and other technical problems for the Opentext system (ECM Software)
- Perform analysis of integration logic and system processes and provide adequately descriptive solutions and responses back to Customers.
- Effectively document investigative steps and analysis to escalate technical issues to the Developer team (Tier 3).
- Ensure all tracking data are properly maintained.
- Prepare operations activity and status reports, and provide written communication to customers as required.
- Escalate urgent issues for immediate attention.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an Application Support, Technical Support role or similar experience.
- Bachelor or Higher in Computer Science, Computer engineering, IT for Business or related field.
- Have a knowledge or experience in ECM Software (Opentext) will be an ad vantage.
- Able to effectively communicate in Thai and English, both written and verbally.
- Good interpersonal skills that include the ability to communicate with both team members and other users on a non-technical level, and translate their needs into workable solution.
- Experience working with multi-tiered ticket handling/resolution systems
