Senior Organization & HR Management Consultant

Expectations from You

  • Drive business development initiatives including lead generation and engagement with prospects, establishing a robust and sustainable business development pipeline
  • Shape proposals, design solutions tailored to client needs, and foster opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to clients
  • Guide, direct, and oversee consulting engagements by offering appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver value to clients
  • Manage projects ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets while enhancing team capabilities
  • Foster team engagement and well-being to build a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in HR consulting in diverse areas such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, and Organizational Design
  • Profound expertise in multiple HR domains including total rewards, talent assessment, development of upskilling strategies, and project management
  • Led sales of small and large HR consulting projects and products
