Senior Application Engineer

Danfoss is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Application Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities
  • Launch BOCK products in HVAC&R and marine industry, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption.
  • Develop new applications, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Support customers in Southeast Asia countries with new system development, providing expert technical guidance and advice.
  • Manage application reviews to ensure Danfoss products meet customer system requirements, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customer R&D engineering teams, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Support Danfoss R&D/Marketing in translating customer requirements into new product development, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product training to customers and colleagues, ensuring knowledge sharing and expertise transfer.
  • Manage customer complaints and create field trouble shooting and inspection reports, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on BOCK product design changes, ensuring seamless integration and customer adoption.

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electric/electronics.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in HVAC&R industry, including semi-hermetic compressor experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving teams and projects to success.
