The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strong team player to join our Strategic Partnerships team. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in shaping our new solutions and working closely with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test reservations on mobile and desktop devices.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to report findings and patterns.
- Synchronize issues identified and help refine our test scenario strategy and approach.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of rate shopping scenarios and flag errors.
- Conduct market research for new product solutions at Agoda.
- Provide day-to-day support in real business situations, requiring analysis, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders, gaining exposure to a variety of business scenarios.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 1-2 years of work experience, ideally within a travel or tech company.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Adaptable and a great team player.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage timelines.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
