Recruiter Opportunity at Agoda

Agoda is seeking a skilled Recruiter to shape its workforce and contribute to its continued success.

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and connecting with top-tier candidates. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure Agoda attracts and secures the brightest talents. Your primary focus will be on Corporate Function hiring, influencing the recruitment of critical roles within Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal as well as for Supply.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs, developing a recruitment strategy and building a talent pipeline accordingly.
  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
  • Building a network with high-potential talents to ensure the business has access to the best talent in the market.
  • Engaging in creative talent mapping efforts for building the candidate pipeline and providing market intelligence to the business.
  • Working on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency.
  • The ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across the company using a data-driven approach.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience closing candidates at all levels from early career to senior-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Greenhouse, MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • The ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Highly passionate about recruitment.

  • Knowledge of recruiting and/or sourcing in the APAC region.
  • Experience hiring for Corporate Function (Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal) or Supply.
