Job Summary: Design and develop learning & development programs for Pandora Production Academy, identify and certify Master Trainers, and ensure skills matrix and training materials are up-to-date.

  • Facilitate internal training for Jewellery skills, focusing on Finishing Process for craftsmen.
  • Design and develop curriculums, including validation of contents and assessment to enhance knowledge/skills.
  • Collaborate with productions to monitor individual performance of trainees.
  • Review and update curriculums and content of FN skill training.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze training needs and design curriculums to meet business needs.
  • Share knowledge and know-how on Pandora Jewellery production skills to employees.
  • Collaborate with expert teams to identify updated skills and correct new product skills.
  • Maintain and update skills matrix and craftspeople certification.
  • Drive Production Academy projects and support cross-function projects.

Pivotal Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery manufacturing.
  • Hand-on experience as trainer or facilitator in Jewellery manufacturing.
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical training and development.
  • Experience in skills matrix management and certification process.
  • Understanding of learning & developing methodology and model.
  • Ability to plan and deliver exceptional work while handling volume and complexity.
  • Self-motivated and hungry for development & growth.
  • Agile and able to adapt to fast changing skills demands.
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders.
  • Mindset to grow and move to other roles within the organization.
