GL Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the AP module and Freight and Logistics suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day and ongoing accounting operation.
- Working closely with various internal departments as well as with people outside the organization, such as suppliers, customers, and Toll.
- Reviewing payment documents and others.
- Verifying Withholding Tax, VAT.
- Preparing reconciliation such as AP, Withholding Tax, and Vat.
- Creating vendor to the system.
- Coordinating with other departments / External to drive AP-related activities.
- Supporting / Creating process migration/process streamlining and improvement.
- Other accounting projects as assigned by MGR.
Experience Requirements:- At least 4-5 years of experience in AP accounting role.
- Ability to set up, manage, and improve accounting operation.
- Track record in handling over 500 accounting transactions per month.
- Advance usage of MS Excel.
- Good command in English with strong communication skills.
