- Lead APQP activities for new model projects from project kick-off through SOP and Mass Production.
- Develop and control Process Flow, BOM, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and related engineering documents.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, GD&T, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation and development of Jigs, Fixtures, Tooling, and Production Equipment.
- Plan and support Trial Run / Pilot Production, analyze issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Customers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure PPAP approval and successful new model launch. ## Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in New Model Development, APQP, Manufacturing Engineering, or related automotive manufacturing functions.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools — APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
- Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, or other 2D/3D design software.
- Knowledge of Jig, Fixture, Tooling, PLC, or Production Equipment is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving, project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in leading APQP or cross-functional new model activities is preferred.
