CNC Programmer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Laem Chabang, Chonburi. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and machining operations , particularly for Turning and Turn-Mill machines (4-axis or above) .
You will be responsible for creating CNC programs from 3D models, supporting machine setup, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. **

Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs from 3D models using CAM software for Turning and Turn-Mill machines.
- Set up CNC machines independently using self-created or existing programs.
- Support and guide machine operators during setup to ensure efficient production.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies based on workpiece materials.
- Optimize machining parameters and cycle times.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and drawings.
- Troubleshoot programming, machining, and quality issues.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding process improvements, machine malfunctions, or production concerns.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machine Tool Technology, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of CNC Programming experience in machining environments.
- Experience with Turning and Turn-Mill machines, preferably 4-axis or higher.
- Strong understanding of CNC setup, machining processes, and tooling selection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills for working with supervisors. Preferred Background
