About the role
 We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team at POCH LAUNDRY SYSTEMS COMPANY LIMITED' in Sathorn, Bangkok. ## Job

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing goods or services according to the company’s requirements.
- Sourcing, reviewing and comparing prices and quality of products/services from multiple suppliers to ensure the best value.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers regarding price negotiations, payment terms, and product delivery.
- Review and prepare purchasing-related documents such as Purchase Requisitions and Quotations.
- Summarize purchasing data on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Work Days : Monday
- Friday @ Office / Saturday Work From Anywhere
- Work Hours : 09.00
- 18.00 ##

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Logistics Management, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 1–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Being available to start immediately would be an advantage.
