KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily production operations across processing, filling, and packaging lines to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production execution.
- Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with production plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and food safety requirements.
- Manage and coordinate production manpower, shift activities, and shopfloor discipline to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor production performance and support the achievement of key KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Efficiency, and OEE.
- Identify operational issues, support troubleshooting activities, and escalate critical production risks when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, and all relevant manufacturing standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Line Leaders and production operators to improve team capability, engagement, and performance.
- Coordinate closely with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Verify production records and operational documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction projects, productivity enhancement programs and safety culture to improve overall plant performance. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Management, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dairy, beverage, juice, or food manufacturing environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or equivalent production leadership role.
- Experience in dairy product manufacturing, yogurt processing, milk processing, or UHT beverage production is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production processes, manpower management, and shopfloor operations.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift-based operations when required. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday working schedules.
- Rotating day and night shift.
