Position: Assembly Engineer Qualifiation: -Bachelor & Master Degree in Production, IE and Mechanical Engineering. -Minimum of 3+ yrs. of experience in process engineer about assembly process in transceiver manufacturing or related field -New product introduction, HVM engineer or related field. -Experience for glue dispensing machines is required. -Experience about Assembly Fixture design is required. -Experience in process & Yield improvement is required

Job Description
-Performs assembly process and quick check after assembly process including documentation update such as manufacturing instruction, process management plan or necessary which be related with operation. -Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes on working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs and wastage; Process parameter control, process problem solving, process improvement and process technical support -Leading continuous improvement in assembly process area including best practice with efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, and new product support -Active role in interconnect new products manufacturing process development, setup, set control parameters, runs NPI and high-volume manufacturing stage. -Performs and provided technical support activities related with assembly process, process improvement and quick check after assembly process to production with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost. -Design or develops assembly fixtures for smooth assembly and understand assembly fixtures drawing including expertise in glue dispensing machines -Support other special work assignment or priority project which shall be assigned by his/her direct supervision. Position: Test Engineer Qualifiation: -Bachelor & Master Degree in Computer, Software, and Production Engineering. -Minimum of 3+ yrs. of experience for test engineer in transceiver manufacturing or related field. -New product introduction, HVM engineer or related field. -Experience in functional test, test hardware, software and test code. -Experience in sequence and parameter of module test. -Experience in testers installation and setup.

Job Description
-Performs automatic test system (ATS) including documentation update such as manufacturing instruction, process management plan or necessary which be related with operation. -Analyze and drive manufacturing test technologies with a goal of continuous improving yield production line, programing automation and reduction of manual commands and data inputs. -To responsibility for design, develops new test script and modify existing test hardware and software to meet product and process requirement. -To responsibility for analyze debug and recommend corrective actions for test related issues on the manufacturing. -Performs and provided technical support activities related with automatic test system (ATS), process improvement to production with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost. -Support other special work assignment or priority project which shall be assigned by his/her direct supervision. Position: Failure Analysis Engineer Qualifiation: -Bachelor & Master Degree in Production Electrical, Computer and Mechanical Engineering. -Minimum of 7+ yrs. of experience in FA engineer and RMA in transceiver manufacturing or related field. -Experience about 8D Report. -Experience about test script and code debug. -Experience about RMA and MRB process flow are required.

Job Description
-Lead failure analysis (FA) of transceiver product activities from manufacturing incidents originating from testing for new product development and field systems. Ensure that root cause is identified at the most detail level. -Support and participate in new product transfer, activities providing failure analysis in pilot builds till product release to mass production. -Provided and recommends debug disposition and debug flow based on FA finding and co-ordinates with others department which concerning technical issues related to the transceiver product. -Perform deep dive failure analysis investigations and use an experience, expertise to tackle the most challenging issues from any and all systems, modules, and components within our transceivers product. -Ensure materials and failure analysis capabilities required to support advanced process technology and product development are in place. -Prepare and support 8D report and coordinate with process engineer to update PFMEA as monthly basis. -Support other special work assignment or priority project which shall be assigned by his/her direct supervision.
