Key responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international IP portfolios.
- Handle PCT international application, patent national phase entry filings in Thailand, including preparation and filing of required documents and coordination with clients and foreign associates.
- File and prosecute Madrid Protocol international trademark applications, including applications originating from Thailand and related subsequent procedures.
- Handle prosecution of trademarks, patents, copyrights and industrial designs in Thailand.
- Handle filings, Office Actions, registrations and other prosecution matters.
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare legal opinions.
- Handle appeals, oppositions, counterstatements and cancellation actions.
- Prepare responses/submissions to the Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP).
- Advise Thai and international clients on IP protection and strategy.
- Coordinate with the DIP, overseas associates and other authorities. Qualifications

- Approximately 4–7 years of IP-law experience.
- Strong experience in trademark/IP prosecution and contentious IP matters.
