About the role
We are looking for a Project Management team member to join our Digital Agency. You will manage and control projects from brief to delivery, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control projects (Timeline, Scope, Quality) from client brief through to delivery
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Creative, Design, Content, Media) to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues professionally, and ensure fast delivery according to schedule
- Conduct quality control before delivery to clients to ensure excellent work that meets requirements
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships About you
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Account Executive, or related roles in a Digital Agency
- Excellent management skills with ability to prioritise work effectively
- Strong service mindset, able to listen, understand clients, and support team members
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to negotiate and reduce conflicts
- Proactive, highly responsible, focused on speed and quality of work
- Familiar with digital marketing, social media, website, or online campaign production processes
