About the Role
hamma Studio provides dedicated offshore support to established Australian businesses across marketing, design, commercial and operational functions. This role will work day-to-day on behalf of one of our key clients: a long-established Australian manufacturer of engineered metal expansion joints and bellows, supplying critical infrastructure, industrial, HVAC, mining and processing projects. We are looking for a practical, hands-on graphic designer who can produce clear, professional marketing material for a technical B2B audience. The role is primarily focused on graphic design, document production and keeping existing marketing material accurate and up to date. You will also support marketing activity, including preparing and publishing social content, updating website material and coordinating work with the client’s Australian team. This is a production-focused role suited to someone who enjoys turning briefs, technical information and existing brand assets into polished, accurate material.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and update brochures, capability statements, product sheets, technical documents and sales collateral
• Create professional graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns and other digital channels
• Resize, adapt and edit existing designs for different formats and campaigns
• Maintain consistency across templates, typography, colours, imagery and brand presentation
• Update existing documents when products, specifications, projects or company information change
• Prepare presentations, proposal graphics and customer-facing documents
• Edit photographs and create clear product and project layouts
• Support basic video editing and preparation of YouTube and social-media content
• Schedule and publish approved social-media posts
• Make routine website content and image updates
• Coordinate design requests, feedback, approvals and deadlines with Australian stakeholders
• Maintain an organised library of current artwork, templates, photographs and final documents
• Check all work carefully for accuracy, spelling, formatting and version control
• Updating of branding and merchandise What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, production design or a similar hands-on role
• A strong portfolio showing brochures, documents, social graphics, presentations or other commercial design work
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Confidence using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong layout, typography and image-editing skills
• Experience updating multi-page documents accurately and efficiently
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined file and version management
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines consistently
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently with Australian stakeholders
• Able to receive feedback, make revisions quickly and manage several projects at once Experience with industrial, engineering, manufacturing or technical businesses is useful but not essential.
