About the role
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hardware/IoT devices that work with the company's software systems, from circuit design and component selection through supplier sourcing to quality testing and production oversight.

Key responsibilities

- Develop hardware/IoT devices from concept to production-ready stage
- Select and source suppliers/manufacturers both domestically and internationally, negotiating costs and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with software teams to design hardware-software connections (firmware, communication protocols)
- Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and troubleshoot issues during production or real-world use
- Manage inventory, control costs, and prepare technical documentation About you
- At least 3 years of experience developing hardware/IoT products from prototype to mass production
- Foundational understanding of electronics, PCB design, or embedded systems
- Experience working with suppliers/manufacturers of components or equipment (domestic or international)
- Fluent in reading and understanding English datasheets
- Foundational understanding of software/API integration
- Prior experience with mass production processes considered a plus
