Location:
Chon Buri 1 position and Bangkok 1 position Division: Operation Support Reports to: Executive Management Position Type: Full-Time MANDATE SCOPE OF SOURCING & PROCURMENT MANAGER
- Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead sourcing for Direct & Indirect Materials, including manufacturing-related materials and services.
- Manage supplier selection, development, performance, and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize value and competitiveness.
- Drive cost reduction, VA/VE, and supplier improvement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and risks to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
- Improve sourcing processes, manage procurement budgets, and prepare management reports.
- Lead and develop the sourcing team while collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other stakeholders. THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sourcing/Procurement Management within manufacturing.
- Strong background in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing-related technical materials, equipment, automotive parts, and tooling categories sourcing is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Good command of English
