- Bachelor's or master degree in computer science, management information systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- 15+ years experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business analysis Main Purpose of Job The Integration Tech lead drives the IT and advance digital automation technology (infrastructure, network, systems & applications including integration of Nestle ecosystems) implementation with fully integrated across businesses/functions in the market. This includes leveraging existing platforms and products and identifying necessary evolution or solution gaps to deliver mid
- and long-term market business objectives. The Integration Tech Lead acts as the single point of contact between market business leadership and multiple market and above market IT & digital teams, collaborating with key stakeholders to address market strategic needs with IT & Digital advanced solutions. In addition, they orchestrate the enterprise-level digital transformation to create compelling consumer, customer and employee solutions and experiences, while ensuring alignment and synergy across all IT & digital initiatives. - Lead and drive the implementation of the IT & digital strategy, including data, advanced technology & solutions with fully automated and seamless integration across Nestle ecosystems by working with Global, zone and local teams
- Manage the key market projects and establish market governance to capture and finance all needs in alignment with market management and the zone (Value realization).
- Identify market strategic needs and work with zone and global teams to develop existing or new scalable solutions.
- Manage key markets, zone, and global stakeholders to ensure delivery of market needs in terms of project performance, quality, and cost, leveraging the Nestlé group organization.
- Manage the implementation of secure reliable IT operations at the market level through local and managed services in different operating models at the right cost
- Collaborate with relevant market and above market IT teams to ensure full compliance, audit market-related topics, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Steer the market IT budget to ensure the delivery of the right services while balancing cost and quality. ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's or master degree in computer science, management information systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- 15+ years experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business analysis
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with global virtual teams with business and IT teams within a complex organisation and matrix reporting line
- Experience in delivering results through different operations models (vendors, centers of scale, above market structures and managing E2E performances
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital strategy, data, technology, and solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels (preferable multiple languages)
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and risk management.
- Familiarity with market trends, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Preferred but not required: any of the certifications: Advanced Information
• Technology Infrastructure Library certification (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Information Technology Software Management (ITSM) and/or Six Sigma
