Key responsibilities

- Own as-is and to-be process design for FI and CO areas: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, product costing and profitability analysis.
- Gather requirements from Finance, Costing and Controlling; produce functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support month-end and year-end close from the system side; identify and remove recurring manual workarounds.
- Own the system side of product costing and the standard cost roll with Costing and Manufacturing.
- Support statutory, tax and audit requirements including data extraction and control evidence.
- Partner with the D&A and AI team on the finance data models feeding margin, PPV and quote profitability analytics.
- Document processes and maintain a trained backup. ## Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
- 6+ years combining finance or accounting process knowledge and system analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including product costing and profitability analysis.
- Understanding of internal control requirements in a listed-company environment.
- Demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and running UAT.
- English fluency required. ## Preferred qualifications
- Manufacturing costing background; standard versus actual costing and variance analysis.
- Understand the business financial process and requirement of EMS business.
- Experience supporting external audit from the system side.
- Multi-entity consolidation experience.
- Accounting qualification.
