## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with a strong focus on backend engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, and/or Spring Boot.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership throughout the full feature lifecycle.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and platform-specific interfaces.

- Take ownership of features from initial development through testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
- Contribute to backend architecture and select appropriate technical approaches based on project requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external platforms and services.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve system performance and stability.
