Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner (Thai & English Speaking)

Bangkok (Onsite Sukhumvit, with regional travel to Phuket, Samui, etc.) Reporting to: HR Director

About the Role
WeedeN is a fast-growing cannabis retail brand prioritizing customer education and wellness across Bangkok, Phuket, Samui, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya. As the TA & HR Business Partner, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for store expansions and serve as the main HR contact for District Managers, Regional Managers, and Department Heads. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle from headcount planning and hiring to probation, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Pipeline: Manage end-to-end recruitment for store operations and office roles. Build candidate pipelines, track manpower requests, and ensure on-time hiring for new store openings.
• HR Business Partnering & Manager Support: Act as the primary HR advisor for DMs, RMs, and department heads; guide managers on performance management, PIPs, employee relations, transfers, and promotions.
• Employee Lifecycle & Governance: Oversee smooth onboarding, probation follow-ups, retention, and offboarding; ensure HR processes comply with company policy and Thai labor law requirements.
• Workforce Planning & Data Analysis: Monitor staffing gaps, turnover trends, and recruitment metrics; maintain accurate headcount tracking and HR data using Excel/Google Sheets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Time to Fill & Hiring Target: Days to close vacancies and % of approved headcount filled.
• Retention & Turnover: 90-day retention rate and control of early-stage (3–6 month) turnover.
• Probation & Case Resolution: Probation completion rate and % of ER/PIP cases resolved on schedule.
• Data Accuracy: Accurate and timely recruitment, headcount, and tracking reports. Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
5+ years of combined Talent Acquisition and HRBP experience, ideally within retail, multi-site operations, or hospitality.
• Core Competencies: Strong full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, employee relations, probation/PIP management, and working knowledge of Thai labor law.
• Technical

Skills:
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, HRIS/ATS tools, and HR data reporting.
• Soft

Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Mobility: Willing and able to travel to regional store locations (e.g., Phuket, Samui) as needed.
