About the role
 This is a Quality Assurance role responsible for controlling and monitoring the QA system to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements. The role involves overseeing production processes, managing quality documentation, and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities
- Control and monitor the Quality Assurance (QA) system to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
- Monitor and track production processes to ensure compliance with GMP standards and related requirements
- Inspect documents in the production process, such as Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Batch Packaging Record (BPR), and related documents
- Monitor and track operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs and Work Instructions
- Manage and track Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and Complaints related to the quality system
- Monitor quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions and preventive measures
- Support internal audits and assessments from customers or external agencies
- Control and maintain quality system documents accurately and up to date
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, NPD, and related departments to control product quality
- Monitor and update standards, regulations, and requirements related to the quality system About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
- Experience in QA/QC in cosmetics, dietary supplements, or health product manufacturing (will be given special consideration)
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP and quality management systems
- Knowledge of quality system document preparation and control
- Attention to detail with ability to inspect documents and work processes effectively
- Problem analysis and problem-solving tracking skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work within defined timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in OEM manufacturing (will be given special consideration)
