- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations covering raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods .
- Ensure inventory accuracy, proper FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot traceability, and expiry control .
- Manage warehouse capacity, layout, manpower, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, QA/QC requirements, safety standards, and company SOPs .
- Manage inventory transactions and controls through ERP/WMS .
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth material and product flow.
- Lead stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies, losses, and operational issues.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive process improvement, productivity, and cost optimization .
- Lead, develop, and manage the warehouse team.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of warehouse experience , including 3–5 years in a managerial role .
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and ERP/WMS .
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional management skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
