- Manage and lead the procurement team to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners for the best possible deals for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key domestic and international vendors.
- Analyze markets, suppliers, and price trends to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Oversee the entire procurement process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production, warehousing, and other departments to manage the supply chain efficiently.
- Prepare analytical reports and present procurement department performance to senior management. About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Raw material Food, Ingredients strategies and directions aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing purchasing both domestically and internationally, especially in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and manage vendor relationships.
- In-depth understanding of purchasing processes, regulations, and supply chain risk management.
- Strong data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business-level spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or related purchasing software.
