About the role
This is a performance-driven role combining sales leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and mentor the sales team, oversee property listings, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships
- Analyse market trends, prepare sales reports, and ensure the team delivers excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with Thailand property laws and agency standards
- Provide coaching on prospecting, listing presentations, and closing techniques
- Monitor KPIs (listings, appraisals, calls made, sales conversions)
- Support onboarding and training of new agents
- Set individual and team targets based on market trends and agency goals
- Assist agents with high-value or complex listing presentations and attend appraisals when needed
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors or high-profile clients About you
- A background in property sales, along with a solid understanding of the local real estate market is highly desirable
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good communication skills with Thai, English, Mandarin or Russian language; ability to use at least 2 languages for work
- Sales-driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
