Key responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing plans that resonate with the target market for both online and offline channels
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including new product launch campaigns, brand events, seasonal activities, etc.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
- Tracking for the brands’ Advertising & Promotional Expenditure
- Collaborating with different teams such as designer, creative, operation, supplier, influencer, etc.
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, merchandising and promotional materials and other related projects
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Maintaining healthy inventory turnover ratio on each brand.
- Developing rolling forecast in order to manage overall inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, or related field
- Good understanding of marketing principle and brand management
- Marketing or Sales experience in beauty industry (if experienced in retail and wholesale will be an added advantage)
- Understand trends and respond timely to capture the market needs
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Creative, proactive, think outside the box and result-oriented.
- Pleasant personality, clear communication, can work smoothly with different departments, suppliers, clients, etc.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Good at problem solving, quick to respond and able to work outside when needs.
