Online ESL Teacher – North American Teachers in Thailand

S. and Canadian ESL Teachers residing in Thailand to provide engaging online English lessons to Korean and Japanese students. If you have a Bachelor's degree, speak English fluently, and enjoy helping others communicate with confidence, we'd love to hear from you. What You’ll Do
- Conduct 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-minute online English classes.
- Teach primarily conversational English to Korean and Japanese students.
- Work with students from different age groups, with most students being working professionals.
- Follow provided lesson materials and customized student guidelines.
- Encourage students to communicate naturally and confidently in English.
- Provide accurate and constructive post-class feedback.
- Focus on the student and teaching experience—our goal is to make teaching as simple and distraction-free as possible.
- No phonics instruction is required. Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Must be a U.
S. citizen or Canadian citizen
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching students from different age groups and backgrounds.
- Reliable and able to commit to an agreed teaching schedule.
- Previous teaching experience or teaching certification is NOT required. Technical Requirements To provide a stable and high-quality online teaching experience, applicants must have:
- Computer with at least 4 CPU cores and 4 threads
- 8 GB RAM or higher
- SSD storage
- Stable fiber internet connection
- Minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed
- USB noise-canceling headset
- A working webcam suitable for online video classes Please note: 3.5mm/audio jack-type headsets are currently not accepted. Available Teaching Hours Korea Standard Time (KST) We are currently looking for teachers who can commit to the following schedules: Option 1: Tuesday & Thursday — 6:00 PM–9:00 PM Option 2: Monday–Friday — 9:00 PM–12:00 AM Teachers may be considered for one or both schedules depending on availability and business requirements. - $2 per successful 10-minute class
- $4 per successful 20-minute class
- $6 per successful 30-minute class Class rates are based on the full class being successfully conducted. Unsuccessful classes are paid $2 regardless of the duration of the class. Additional Benefits
