About the role
We are seeking an R&D Project Assistant Manager (F&B) in Bangkok on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our Research & Development division, where you will play a crucial part in advancing our food and beverage innovation initiatives. You will support the management of R&D projects from conception through to completion, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety and consumer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of science and food technology, contributing directly to the development of innovative food and beverage solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating R&D projects related to food and beverage product development
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, budgets and progress reports
- Conduct preliminary research and feasibility studies for new product concepts and formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance and regulatory affairs
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
- Support the testing and evaluation of prototypes, including sensory analysis and shelf-life studies
- Assist in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards throughout the development process
- Maintain detailed records of experimental results, formulations and process improvements
- Communicate project updates and findings to senior management and stakeholders
- Support the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Based in Bangkok, and travel to Plant in Samutsakorn 1-2 times per week What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology\

- Over 6 years of experience in food and beverage research and development\

- Strong understanding of food safety principles, regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Knowledge of food trends, consumer preferences and market dynamics is preferred
- Experience with sensory evaluation techniques or product stability testing would be beneficial
