## Legal Staff– Manufacturing
Location:
304 Industrial Park, Si Maha Phot, Prachinburi
Salary:
THB 40,000–70,000 per month; higher packages may be considered based on experience Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours
08:00–17:00 Reports to: Legal Director ## Key Selling Points
- Handle contracts, legal advisory and disputes in an international manufacturing business.
- THB 50,000–80,000 salary, with flexibility for experienced candidates.

About the Role
Mind Edge Recruitment is recruiting a Legal Staff on behalf of our client, a Taiwanese manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components for automotive, energy and other technology applications. Based at the manufacturing site in Prachinburi, you will provide legal support across contract review, compliance, risk management and dispute resolution. You will work closely with the Legal Director and internal departments, handling day-to-day legal matters independently. Good English skills are required, as most contracts and legal documents are in English. Chinese language skills are an advantage for communication with management and colleagues. ##
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and revise company contracts, standard agreements and legal documents.
- Review contracts from external parties, identify legal risks and recommend appropriate amendments.
- Provide practical legal advice to management and internal departments on operational and commercial matters.
- Handle straightforward disputes, including evidence collection, mediation and coordination of arbitration and litigation proceedings.
- Attend court hearings and undertake related activities within the scope permitted by applicable law and professional qualifications.
- Identify legal risks arising from company operations and recommend preventive measures.
- Support matters relating to corporate, contract, commercial and labour laws and applicable regulations.
- Assist internal departments with legal matters involving workplace injuries and government policies.
- Support insurance-related matters, including property and accounts receivable insurance.
- Organise internal legal awareness activities and training.
- Provide legal guidance to employees on issues arising in their daily work. ## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Previous in-house legal experience or experience with a law firm is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Thai corporate, contract, commercial and labour laws.
- Ability to independently review contracts, provide legal advice and manage legal risks.
- Experience handling straightforward disputes, evidence collection, mediation and litigation or arbitration support.
- Good command of written and spoken English, particularly for reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail and a responsible approach to confidential matters.
- Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment in Prachinburi. ## Benefits
