About the Role
Responsible for vehicle calibration development across EMS, VCU, or TCU systems, supporting vehicle performance, energy management, emissions compliance, and overseas vehicle development projects. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle calibration for at least one domain: EMS (Engine Management System), VCU (Vehicle Control Unit), or TCU (Transmission Control Unit).
- Optimize vehicle performance, fuel economy, driving comfort, energy management strategies, and emissions compliance.
- Use Python and MATLAB automation scripts to improve data collection, processing, and analysis efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standardized vehicle calibration processes.
- Develop and execute calibration solutions according to target-market emissions and safety regulations, including Euro 6/7 and Brazil L8.
- Support local vehicle calibration and homologation activities for overseas markets.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues arising from road testing, certification, and after-sales activities.
- Participate throughout the vehicle calibration development lifecycle, including calibration planning and data version management.
- Ensure calibration data traceability, consistency, and proper version control.
- Coordinate technically with overseas R&D centers and suppliers such as Bosch, Continental, and AVL.
- Monitor international regulatory developments and new calibration technologies.
- Prepare English technical documentation and support the development of overseas engineering standards and processes.
- Provide regular project and technical updates to Group Headquarters in China. ## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automatic Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle or engine calibration, with experience in EMS, VCU, or TCU.
- Strong understanding of at least one relevant area: engine emissions control, transmission shift logic, or vehicle energy management strategy.
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink for data processing and modeling.
- Able to use Python for automated data analysis.
- Knowledge of global emissions standards and target-market emissions/fuel consumption regulations.
- Experience with an automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or global vehicle development project is preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel and collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
- Fluent English with the ability to conduct technical discussions and prepare technical reports.
