- 16:40 About this role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing various engineering projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering principles, project management, and effective communication, Smart Manufacturing, Factory Automation with equipment or whole line integration experience, Factory Facility Monitoring and Management Control System (FMCS), Energy Management System (EMS), PLC programming, IIOT etc. If you are a working professional, Delta is a great place to get ahead. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, track milestones, and monitor overall progress.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Apply engineering expertise to develop tailored project solutions and proposals.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and enforce compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee procurement of required materials, equipment, and vendor services.
- Establish quality control processes, perform inspections and testing, and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Maintain transparent communication across clients, internal teams, and executive management.
- Lead status meetings and deliver regular progress reports covering achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a cohesive, collaborative team environment.
- Delegate tasks, guide team members, and motivate performance to meet project objectives. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Control, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable engineering role.
- Mandarin speaking skills are highly valued and prioritized.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Solid understanding of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and quality processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites or client meetings as required. Why join us?
