About the role
The Site Supervisor manages the delivery of construction projects for turnkey and consultancy projects, acting as a site leader. The role involves setting targets, monitoring progress, and making critical decisions to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations, while reporting assigned task status to the project manager.

Key responsibilities

- Assist designers or other staff for site measurement and obtain additional relevant information of the existing building design
- Attend internal meetings with the M&E designer and project designers for project planning
- Request a copy of the building plan and fitout guide from the Marketing Manager
- Confirm

- Organize internal site meetings with dwp staff each morning to summarize any problems and find solutions
- Maintain constant control of turnkey project costs with regular reviews and update budget/variations with quantity surveyor
- Monitor and manage site work following priced Variation Requests to Client and obtain sign-off
- Request all subcontractors and suppliers to submit a list of workers on the site for the building management
- Coordinate with the project designers to revise drawing for variations and construction and send to suppliers or subcontractors to prepare BOQ & quotations
- Prepare project documents and file correspondence with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and building manager About you
- Bachelor of interior design, construction management or engineering
- Experience in interior construction or related field of at least 7 years
- Minimum 10 years experience in general or administration management
- Microsoft Project
- Organization & Communication skills
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to meet timelines and work under time pressure
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Computer skills
- Good spoken and written English
