Nutritionist & Naturopath

About the role
Provide personalised nutrition and naturopathic consultations based on guests' wellness profiles, dietary habits, lifestyle, preferences, and wellness goals. Develop practical and individualised recommendations that support balanced nutrition, healthy routines, and overall wellbeing. Work closely with the Wellness Chef, kitchen, F&B, and wellness teams to ensure dietary requirements and personalised meal plans are clearly communicated and appropriately delivered. Guide guests towards enjoyable, realistic, and sustainable eating and lifestyle habits that can be continued beyond their stay.

Key responsibilities

- Lead comprehensive lifestyle, nutritional, and naturopathic consultations, forming a core component of each guest's personalised wellness journey
- Design and guide naturopathic programs that support sustainable lifestyle shifts, mindful nutrition, and long-term wellbeing integration
- Use relevant wellness assessment tools and review available assessment information within professional scope to support personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the Integrative Wellness Doctor to integrate assessment insights into broader wellness programs where applicable
- Deliver all consultations and recommendations in a hospitality-forward, approachable, and empowering manner, ensuring guests feel supported rather than clinically managed
- Collaborate with the Wellness Chef and wellness team to develop, refine, and evolve nutrition-focused programs, therapeutic menus, and wellness cuisine concepts
- Document consultations, dietary plans, and guest progress accurately and confidentially
- Conduct and support educational sessions such as workshops, talks, seminars, or experiential classes for in-house guests and external participants
- Provide clear, reassuring explanations around ingredients, preparation methods, and therapeutic intent
- Offer post-stay nutritional guidance to support continued wellbeing beyond the retreat About you
- Degree in Nutrition
- Degree or recognized qualification in Naturopathy
- Experience in nutrition and/or naturopathic consultation and counselling
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Experience in wellness retreats, integrative wellness, or luxury hospitality is an advantage
