Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning & Replenishment: Design and execute replenishment strategies for 30+ fast-moving clinic branches operating under space-constrained warehouse conditions
- Auto Replenishment: Configure and maintain auto-replenishment parameters within the Odoo ERP system to streamline stock ordering.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Transform and analyze large datasets from ERP systems into actionable insights to support inventory and business decisions.
- Demand Forecasting: Partner closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop accurate, forward-looking demand forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across Procurement, Warehouse, and frontline teams to resolve stock discrepancies, manage supplier delays through proactive communicationand resolve day to day operation issues
- Team Management: Lead and manage the demand planning team to ensure accurate execution of replenishment plans, minimizing overstock and stockout risks. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or related analytical fields.
- Possess strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable, VLOOKUP, and data visualization/charting. Experience in ERP systems or Demand Planning software is preferred / a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments.
- Solid knowledge of Sales Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and budgeting processes.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
