We are looking for a dynamic Professional & Franchise Laundromat Sales Representativ e to identify new opportunities, engage investors, and help grow our network across the market.

What you'll do

- Identify and target potential franchisees and Hospitality through market research, networking, and digital outreach for Laundromat.
- Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.
- Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls to assess potential franchisee interest and suitability.
- Present franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and detailed proposals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to ensure a seamless transition for new franchises.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes in the Laundromat industry.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minim um 2 years of experience in Business Development, Professional laundromat, Franchise laundromat Development, Sales Strategy, or Business Model Development.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and commercial models that drive growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Strong understanding of the operational and back-end processes of professional & franchise laundromat businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business proposal preparation.
